• Pasta that’s good for you!

    I recently found this new product line at Costco.  Made from lentils (instead of grain), it’s high in fiber and protein and low-glycemic which means it doesn’t spike your blood sugar.  Even more important, it tastes good and is quite similar in texture to regular pasta.  Just make sure to not overcook it.  Add your own tomato sauce along with some veggies such as onions or broccoli and you have a complete meal.
